Technology and consulting firm Capgemini has said that its enterprise resource planning-based solution has been deployed at Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation.
This centralised IT system had helped GMDC go paperless, enabled self-service options for employees and also introduced transparency into the processes, according to a Capgemini press statement.
“India is one of the promising domestic markets for the Capgemini Group and this mandate with a leading public sector unit like GMDC further cements our foray into the Indian PSU sector. It is a validation of the value we bring to our Indian customers, based on our proven global expertise and domain capabilities,” said Mr Kishor Chitale, Head, India Domestic Business of Capgemini.
