Experion Technologies, a medium-sized IT company based in Technopark here, is poised to recruit 200 staff as it enters the 10th year of operations.

Founded as a start-up in 2006, the company focuses on mobile solutions, engineering and technology services.

TRANSFORMATIONAL EFFECT

Experion currently has staff strength of 250 based out across three development centres in the south, said Binu Jacob, Managing Director and CEO.

“Shifting focus to new-generation technology areas has had a transformational effect on our business,” says Jacob.

Professionals are eager to join companies which give them the opportunity to work on revenue generating software products based on mobile, web analytics and cloud technologies.

As part of the expansion plans, Experion also proposes to increase its product portfolio as well as provide product engineering services to new clients.

“We are hiring at a pace most companies of our size do not usually do”, said Jacob.

Experion has opened its latest development centre in Bengaluru, the third in the country after Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi.

It has overseas offices in Dallas, Melbourne, Geneva, Rotterdam and Karlsruhe.

US MARKET POTENTIAL

Manoj Balraj, head, global sales and business operations, said that Experion intended to double its growth in the US market at the current pace.

“We have honed the art of delivering software products to customers there,” he added.

The product engineering services and processes are tailored to make the experience transparent and simple for customers.

“Our team in the US is being scaled up to support the growth demands,” Balraj added.

Sreekumar A, chief technology officer, said that one of the goals this year is to take to market Experion’s competence in machine learning-enabled fault isolation as well as medical diagnostics.

“Content distribution on mobile medium is another major project we are working on”, he added.
