We often get emails addressed to groups or several people. We hardly realise how annoying it could be for others when we blindly click 'Reply All' to these emails.
Microsoft's Outlook Web is notorious for keeping the 'Reply All' option as default.
We can change this easily in just two clicks.
Once you are logged in to the Outlook Web, go here:
https://outlook.office365.com/owa/?path=/options/replysettings
And change 'My default response' to 'Reply' instead of 'Reply All'.
That's it. All your emails will now have the 'Reply' as the default, instead of 'Reply All'.
