Mahindra Satyam will announce the third quarter results ended December 31, 2012, on January 31. The board of directors will meet that day to consider the results for the quarter and for the nine months, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
After clearing all its legal and regulatory cases abroad, the company is still fighting a few cases in Indian courts. The Ramalinga Raju promoted real estate companies have filed petitions in the Andhra Pradesh High Court, demanding repayment of alleged advances to the IT services company. The tax authorities and some minority shareholders too have filed petitions.
