Expanding its utility services portfolio to smart grid segment, Mahindra Satyam has tied up with Schneider Electric to offer micro grid solution to its customers. The company, which announced its intention to focus on Smart Grid area recently, opened Smart Grid Customer Demonstration Centre (CDC) at its 120-acre Mahindra Satyam Technology Centre campus here.
“The CDC will help customers understand the next generation technology in real-time and evaluate various technologies underlying the smart grid ecosystem,” Mr Vijayanand Vadrevu, Chief Strategy Officer of Mahindra Satyam, said here in a press release. The centre would simulate certain scenarios to present realistic experience in advanced metering, network automation and home automation.
