Microsoft is gunning for a Guinness World Record by roping in ‘most users’ to take an online multi-level artificial intelligence lesson in 24 hours. Scheduled to happen on April 7 (23:00 UTC), the event will have a variety of learning activities around the world.

This will kick off AI Skills Fest, a 50-day fete that will end on May 28, to promote AI skills for a variety of users. 

“To deepen your skills, continue with 50 days of curated AI training in your preferred way,” the company said.

The programme will have hackathons, live in-person and virtual events, self-paced tutorials, community events, and Microsoft Learn Challenges.

It said that registered users can learn how Microsoft’s AI apps and services can help them create innovative solutions quickly. “You can acquire skills in agents, AI security, Azure AI Foundry, GitHub Copilot, and Fabric,” it said.

It said business professionals can improve their productivity and gain better insights. “You can learn how to use Microsoft Copilot to simplify time-consuming and repetitive tasks, giving you more space to create and innovate,” it said.
