Syrma Technology, an electronic product and solution provider based in the US and Chennai, plans to set up its fifth manufacturing unit in Delhi-Mumbai corridor to focus on auto, industrial, aero and defence and healthcare sectors. It plans to invest around $ 10 million to set up the plant, which is expected to operational in later part of the year, Sreeram Srinivasan, CEO, Syrma Technology, said in a press release.
The company employs around 1,800 across its four facilities located in Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra. Syrma designs and manufactures RFID tags, magnetic products, printed circuit boards assembly.
