The board of directors of Indosolar had on August 12 decided to allot equity shares of face value Rs 10 at the same price on a preferential basis.
In a communication to the stock exchange, Indosolar said the issue will offer about 2.04 crore shares to Greenlite Lighting Corporation, 70.9 lakh shares to Bhushan Kumar Gupta, 20.45 lakh shares to Hulas Rahul Gupta and 25 lakh shares to Skybase Infra Pvt Ltd, subject to requisite approvals.
