Mumbai: SEBI has filed a special leave petition before the Supreme Court challenging the legal issues arising out of the Bombay High Court order in the MCX-SX case. The matter is expected to come up for hearing on April 11. The order is being challenged on points of law in relation to ‘persons acting in concert' and agreements relating to buyback. Simultaneously, the Supreme Court is being approached for seeking more time to consider the MCX-SX application as directed by the Bombay HC.
