The initial public offering of Bharat Dynamics was subscribed 1.3 times on Thursday, the last day of bidding. Through this issue, the Centre has raised ₹960 crore.
The IPO received bids for 2.92 crore shares against the total issue size of 2.245 crore, data available with the NSE till 2015 hours showed. The issue was made in the price band of ₹413-428.
Bandhan Bank
Meanwhile, the public issue of Bandhan Bank has been subscribed 0.42 times on the first day.
The IPO, in a price band of ₹350-375, closes for subscription on March 20.
Bandhan Bank on Wednesday raised ₹1,342 crore by selling shares to 65 anchor investors. It allotted over 3.5 crore shares to anchor investors at ₹375 apiece. These include Amansa Holdings, ICICI Prudential, Neuberger Berman, Nomura Fund, HDFC Standard Life, Birla Sun Life, Citigroup, Aberdeen, SBI Life and Kotak Mahindra.
The IPO is a combination of fresh issue of shares worth ₹3,662 crore and an OFS of ₹811 crore by existing investors — World Bank arms International Finance Corp (IFC) and IFC FIG Investment Company.
HAL public issue
The ₹4,200-crore public issue of Hindustan Aeronautics will open for subscription on Friday. The offering will entirely be an OFS by the government as part of its 2017-18 disinvestment programme.
The price band for the IPO is ₹1,215-1,240. The Centre is offering a discount of ₹25 a share to retail investors.
