Agri market performance in 2020

In October, NCDEX showed a recovery in trading interest, not just through higher turnover but also a higher number of contracts traded.

Narinder Wadhwa, President of Commodity Participants Association of India, told BusinessLine that agri commodity operations were hit due to Covid-19 led lockdown this year.

One has to wait and watch if this revival in interest in trading sustains. In Nover so far, recorded volumes have been lower than last year or most days.
