Multi Commodity Exchange has allowed participants appearing for the Multi Commodity Exchange Certified Commodity Professional exam in Hindi from May 1.
PK Singhal, Joint Managing Director, MCX said the exchange is considering to allow interested participants to answer the questions in other regional languages also in the future.
“Our aim is to educate and spread awareness on price risk management, transcending language barriers in the country. The move removes language barriers and encourages participants to approach the online commodity markets in a language they are at ease with,” he said.
MCCP is the beginner’s programme for pursuing a career in the commodity derivatives market. The course is designed to provide the necessary inputs required to make the participants well acquainted with the modalities of the commodity derivatives market in India. It covers the entire gamut of commodity derivatives market, thereby providing domain knowledge and professional expertise.
