GMR Infrastructure Ltd has said that the debenture allotment committee of the board of directors has allotted 3,500 secured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 10,00,000 each aggregating Rs 350 crore to ICICI Bank Ltd on February 24.
