GMR Infrastructure on Wednesday said that its promoter GMR Enterprises Pvt Ltd has pledged 30 lakh shares in favour of Time Innovative Media. The shares were pledged on June 3, the company informed the exchanges on Wednesday.
Following this, the total pledging by GMR Enterprises has increased to 39.96 per cent from 39.91 per cent of total shareholding of the company. The stock of GMR Infrastructure closed 0.33 per cent lower at ₹14.95 on the BSE.
