
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, gold for delivery in April rose Rs 146 or 0.52 per cent to Rs 29,521 per 10 gm in a business turnover of 2,054 lots.
Gold futures on the Multi Commodity Exchange opened higher at Rs 29,440 per 10 grams on Monday against the previous close of Rs 29,375.
It made a high of Rs 29,554 and low of Rs 29,440. It was trading up 0.45 per cent at Rs 29,506 at 12.15 p.m.
In Comex, the yellow metal for April delivery was up by $3.5 at $1,596 a troy ounce at 12.15 p.m.
