Shares of Heritage Foods made gains on the Bombay Stock Exchange on Friday, following Telugu Desam Party's good performance in the Assembly elections in the residual Andhra Pradesh.
The Hyderabad-based company is promoted by the kin of TDP President N Chandrababu Naidu. His wife, Bhuvaneshwari, is Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, and son Nara Lokesh is on the board of the company.
The company's shares, which opened at Rs 326 this morning, have crossed the Rs 347-mark by noon.
