GN Bajpai has resigned from the newly constituted Board of Directors of Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Ltd (IL&FS).
IL&FS, in a stock exchange notice, said "....the company has been intimated by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, vide its letter dated October 30, 2018 that due to personal reasons, Mr GN Bajpai, Director of Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Ltd has resigned from the Board of Directors of the company with effect from October 30, 2018."
With this resignation, the IL&FS board, chaired by Uday Kotak, now has six directors.
