Info Edge (India) said Sanjeev Bikhchandani, Founder-Promoter and Executive Vice-Chairman, has transferred 5,000 shares (face value of Rs10 each) from his personal shareholding to employees of the company.
In a filing to the stock exchange, the company said this was in line with his commitment to award 2,43,500 equity shares (equivalent to 76,250 equity shares pre bonus issues of September, 2010 and in June, 2012).
Info Edge said the balance commitment is 1,25,600 shares for employees who remain associated with the company and its subsidiaries.
