Despite volatile stock markets, Pennar Engineered Building Systems Ltd IPO was subscribed fully today on the closing date.
The issue was subscribed 1.18 times at the upper price band.
While the QIB portion subscribed by 2.30 times, HNIs subscribed 1.46 times and retail subscribed 0.40 times.
The Qualified Institutional Buyers played a big role in the IPO as the retail portion had lower subscription.
