Speculation over the Ambani siblings addressing a joint press conference saw the prices of their listed companies rise on Friday.
Mukesh Ambani group stock Reliance Industries rose 2.52 per cent. The other listed company from the RIL stable, Reliance Industrial Infrastructure gained 2.74 per cent. Anil Ambani group stocks gained between one and 7.5 per cent.
Of this, Reliance Broadcast Network gained 1.2 per cent, Reliance Infra jumped 5.27 per cent, Reliance Mediaworks moved up 7.49 per cent, Reliance Power flared up 3.45 per cent, Reliance Capital surged 5.24 per cent and Reliance Communications rose 5.36 per cent.
It is interesting to note that all these scrips after rising sharply in the afternoon also lost some of the gains in the last hour
