Capital First has informed the exchanges that the debenture committee constituted by the board of directors has raised ₹50 crore by issue of 500 non-convertible perpetual debentures through a private placement. The NCDs, which have a face value of ₹10 lakh each, will be listed on the NSE. The stock of Capital First closed at ₹311.95 on the NSE, down 2.33 per cent.
