The board of directors of Gati will meet on Friday to consider a special interim dividend for 2014-15. In 2012, the company rewarded its shareholders with a special dividend of ₹0.60. Last fiscal, the company paid a dividend of ₹0.70 (on face value ₹2). Analysts would be keen to know the payout quantum. The company has posted a rise of 117 per cent in net profit at ₹12.49 crore for the quarter ended September 30 on a consolidated basis.
