Gati Ltd plans to pay a special dividend of 30 per cent to the shareholders of the company for the financial year 2011-12.
The company in a filing with the BSE said that this was one of the decisions taken by the board at a meeting held on Friday.
The company has also decided to appoint Mr Yoshinobu Mitsuhashi on the board as a Director. Mr Sanjeev Kumar Jain, Chief Finance Officer, has also joined the board of the company as Director-Finance.
