The stock of Aurobindo Pharma will react negatively to the news reports on the Jagan Mohan Reddy illegal assets case. Reports say the CBI has filed a charge sheet against the company. The CBI on Saturday filed a charge sheet against the YSR Congress chief, Mr Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, and 12 others in an alleged disproportionate assets case, accusing him of getting investments of several crore from firms into his own business as part of quid pro quo when his father was Chief Minister. While Mr Jagan has been named prime accused, the CBI also accused Mr K. Nityananda Reddy, Managing Director of Aurobindo Pharma, and Mr P.S. Chandramouli, former Company Secretary of Aurobindo Pharma. The company has not issued any clarification to the exchanges.
