Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd has informed the BSE that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on November 7, 2011, has appointed Mr Utpal Sheth as an Additional Director of the company with effect from November 7, 2011.
The board has approved the allotment of 9,48,514 equity shares to the Managing Director under Employees' Stock Purchase Scheme - (ESPS - 2011).
