A Infrastructure has fixed April 23, 2018 as the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled to bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1.
However, the decision is subject to approval by shareholders via postal ballot. Shares of A Infrastructure jumped 5 per cent at ₹109.20 on the BSE.
