Alfa Ica India on Tuesday informed the BSE that due to inadvertence, the outcome of the board meeting was sent wrongly and would like to inform that the board had not approved the buyback proposal. On Monday, the company had informed the exchanges that its board has approved a buyback proposal. Shares of Alfa Ica gained 1.4 per cent at ₹21.35 on the BSE.
