Anant Raj on Thursday said that the BSE and the National Stock Exchange have approved a composite scheme of arrangement for amalgamation and demerger among Anant Raj Agencies Private Ltd, Anant Raj and Anant Raj Global Ltd. Following this, the company is in the process of filing the first motion application before the National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench. Shares of Anant Raj closed flat at ₹31.40 on the NSE.
