Tata Steel was broadly firm on the markets on Tuesday morning. At 11.14 am it led the pack on the NSE as well, trading at Rs 267.05 against Rs 256.30 at close yesterday. This represented a gain of 4.19 per cent.
Bajaj Auto rode up 2.71 per cent at Rs 2,580 against Rs 2,511.90 at close yesterday.
Zee Entertainment gained 2.18 per cent to trade at Rs 412 against Rs 403.20 at close overnight.
Vedanta surged 2 per cent at Rs 130 against Rs 127.45 at close on Tuesday.
Infosys was also up 2 per cent at Rs 1,078.40 against Rs 1,057.25 earlier.
