The offer-for-sale of the shares of Cimmco by Titagarh Wagons, its promoters, opens for retail investors on Friday. On Thursday, the portion set aside for non-retail investors got subscribed by 4.87 per cent.
The promoter plans to sell 17,85,400 shares, or 6.53 per cent of the share capital of the company, through the OFS to meet the minimum public shareholding norm. The floor price for the OFS has been fixed at ₹45. Investors will monitor the retail response to the OFS.
