The board of directors of Compuage Infocom on Tuesday decided to issue and allot 11 lakh equity shares of face value ₹10 each at a price of ₹90.90 a share, aggregating to ₹9.999 crore. Shares of Compuage Infocom closed at ₹90.15, down 0.6 per cent on the BSE.
