Ducon Infratechnologies on Wednesday announced that it has entered into a strategic tie-up with Sterling & Wilson Private Limited, a flagship group company of Shapoorji Pallonji group.
The tie-up will enable them to jointly bid for large-size FGD (Flue Gas Desulphurisation) tenders. The joint bidding exercise has expanded financing capabilities to bid successfully for large FGD projects which were earlier not biddable solely as an individual entity.
The new arrangement has created a win-win situation for both parties. Shares of Ducon gained 1.78 per cent at ₹8.60 on the BSE.
