Ricoh India on Monday said FDS had filed a petition against the company before the NCLT, Mumbai, alleging non-payment of a disputed debit note. According to Ricoh, Fourth Dimension Solutions had unilaterally raised damages for termination of a contract. Ricoh India disagrees with the claims made by FDS and will pursue the matter via legal representation. Shares of Ricoh India have been suspended from the bourses. It last traded at ₹193.45 on the BSE on December 12, 2016.
