The board of directors of Future Consumer Enterprises will meet on Saturday to consider re-alignment of the part of its business relating to distribution of food and FMCG products, by way of operating through franchisee arrangement. The board will also consider issue of compulsorily convertible debentures and convertible warrants on preferential basis to promoter group entities and issue of NCDs on private placement basis. Analysts will track the development.
