The open offer of Grandeur Products will begin on Monday and close on April 23 at ₹40 a share. Suresh Atluri, along with four others, is making the offer to acquire 58.01 lakh shares, representing 26 per cent of the share capital of Grandeur Products. The open offer got triggered following a share purchase agreement entered into by the acquirers in January with the promoters to acquire 12.93 per cent stake or 28.50 lakh shares for ₹11.54 crore.
