AM Naik, Executive Chairman, Larsen & Toubro (L&T), sold 1.25 lakh shares of the company for over Rs 15.69 crore through ICICI Securities on March 14, the company said in a stock exchange filing. His shareholding in L&T now stands at 23,17,455 shares.
Meanwhile, K. Venkataramanan, CEO and MD, L&T also sold 10,000 shares for over Rs 1.25 crore through HDFC Securities on the same day, said another exchange filing. His shareholding in the company post the sale stands at 8,42,873 shares.
