Just two stocks — L&T and Maruti — seem to be holding up the Sensex higher though more than 50 per cent of the Sensex constituents are in the green just after noon today.

While L&T was up by Rs 30.15 to trade at Rs 1,039.50, Maruti had gained Rs 17.90 to trade around Rs 985. BHEL was up by Rs 7.75 to Rs 245.40. But the 13 other Sensex stocks that made it to the gainers’ list had just made it.

Among the losers, Bajaj Auto shed Rs 20.75 to Rs 1,595 and Infosys was down by Rs 11.80 at Rs 2,703. The other losers were down only marginally.
