Mayur Uniquoters Ltd has informed BSE that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on October 22, 2011, inter alia, declared a second interim dividend of Rs 2.00 (i.e. 20 per cent) per equity share of Rs 10 each. The dividend will be paid on or after November 8, 2011 to the persons whose name appears in the register of members/list of beneficial owners on the record date.
