The open offer from Zee Learn, part of media baron Subash Chandra-led Essel Group, will open to shareholders of education services company MT Educare on Thursday. After acquiring 44.53 per cent of MT Educare’s promoter stake, Zee Learn has made a mandatory open offer to buy an additional 26 per cent stake at ₹72.76 apiece. The open offer will close on May 16. In the case of oversubscription, acceptance will be determined on proportionate basis.
