Nelcast Ltd has informed BSE that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on October 17, 2011, inter alia, has declared an interim dividend of Rs 1 per equity share of Rs 2 each i.e. 50 per cent and the same will be paid to the equity shareholders of the company before November 5, 2011.
