The board meeting of Net 4 India held on December 1 stands adjourned for want of quorum due to the non-availability of majority of requisite members. The company said the board of directors will now meet on December 6 to consider the unaudited financial results for the year ended on September 30, 2014. Shares of Net 4 India slipped 2.8 per cent at ₹5.20 on the BSE.
