Shares of Oceanic Foods will remain in focus on Thursday, as they will turn ex-bonus on Friday. The company will issue two bonus shares for every one held as on the record date. The board has fixed June 28 as the record date to determine eligible shareholders to receive bonus shares.
For investors who wish to receive the bonus shares, Thursday is the cut-off date to own the company’s shares. The BSE-SME listed company hit the market in 2017 at an IPO price of ₹65.
