Mahindra & Mahindra traded on a firm wicket on Friday morning. At 11 am it led the pack on the NSE as well, trading at Rs 1,286. This represented a gain of 2.56 per cent on its overnight close at Rs 1,253.95.
ONGC flared up 2.38 per cent to quote at Rs 320.30 as against Rs 312.85 at close overnight.
Hindalco Industries spiked up 1.96 per cent at Rs 122.35. The share ended yesterday’s session at Rs 120.
HDFC built up gains of 1,236.75 as against Rs 1,213.30 previously. This was a gain of 1.93 per cent.
Asian Paints rode up 1.89 per cent at Rs 742.70 as against Rs 728.95 at close on Thursday.
