Pharma shares were in the limelight in Wednesday morning trade on the BSE. At 11.34 am Sun Pharma was the top gainer on the bourse, quoting at Rs 922.35 against Rs 888.85 at close yesterday. This was a gain of 3.77 per cent.
Cipla perked up 2.32 per cent at Rs 699.50 against Rs 683.65 at close overnight.
Lupin advanced 1.93 per cent to trade at Rs 1,789.10 against Rs 1,755.25 at close on Tuesday.
Wipro marched up 1.39 per cent at Rs 579.25 against Rs 571.30 at close yesterday.
Reliance Industries gained 1.26 per cent to trade at Rs 956.25 against Rs 944.35 at close last evening.
