Pharma shares extended their recent firm run on the bourses to stay the top gainers on the BSE on Thursday morning. At 11.09 am Lupin led the pack on the bourse, quoting at Rs 1,907 against Rs 1,795.35 at close yesterday. This was a gain of 6.22 per cent.
Sun Pharma rose 3.96 per cent to quote at Rs 964. The share had closed the overnight session at Rs 927.25.
ITC spurted 2.62 per cent to trade at Rs 324.95 as against Rs 316.65 at close last evening.
Hindustan Unilever was up 2.11 per cent at Rs 894.15 against Rs 875.70 at close on Wednesday.
Dr Reddy’s Labs perked up 1.49 per cent at Rs 4.295 against Rs 4,231.85 previously.
