Hindustan Unilever ended broadly firm on the bourses on Monday. At 3.40 pm the share was trading at Rs 900.40, up 1.40 per cent on its overnight close at Rs 887.95.
Punjab National Bank traded up 1.21 per cent to quote at Rs 137.55 against Rs 135.90 last Friday.
BPCL was quoting at Rs 871.85. This represented a gain of 1.14 per cent on its previous close at Rs 862.05.
NTPC steamed up 0.69 per cent at Rs 138.65 against Rs 137.70 earlier.
ITC gained 0.65 per cent to quote at Rs 309.95 versus Rs 307.95 at close last week.
