Shares of Sasken Technologies, Welspun Corp, SKP Securities and Star Cement will turn ex-date on Thursday for buyback. Sasken plans to buy back 19.98 lakh shares worth ₹170 crore at ₹850 apiece; Welspun Corp will buy back 2.78 crore shares at ₹140 a share; SKP aims to buy back 9.95 lakh shares at ₹70 a share; and Star Cement is considering buying back 68 lakh shares at ₹150 a share. Investors wishing to participate in the buyback should buy these companies’ shares by Wednesday.
