Shares of Sical Logistics Ltd jumped as much as 8 per cent to Rs 163, their biggest intraday percentage gain in two weeks, as the company has received letter of acceptance for coal extraction and transportation at Hingula, Odisha from Coal India's unit Mahanadi Coalfields. The contract is for three years.
More than 165,000 shares traded, about 10-times 30-day average of 16,650. Sical Logistics stock had gone up for a third straight session; it had dropped 41 per cent this year as of last close.
