The board of directors of Surabhi Chemicals & Investments on Thursday approved the change in the main object clause of the company to real estate, construction and infrastructure related activities. The board has approved the change in the name of the company to Superspace Infrastructure Ltd. It has also approved the shifting of the registered office from Gujarat to Maharashtra. Shares of Surabhi Chemicals tumbled 1.3 per cent to ₹102.25 on the BSE.
