Shares of Today’s Writing Instruments may remain in focus following 3A Capital Services buying 6.59 per cent stake in the company. In a disclosure to the exchanges, 3A Capital, which deals in illiquid, unlisted, delisted, rarely traded and regional stock exchange-listed shares, bought 8.44 lakh shares on March 1 through off-market transactions. The seller’s name is not known. Today’s Writing shares are traded in the call auction window at the bourses.
